In order to be in compliance with Board Policy 5.02 (A)(1) and 5.02 (A) (2), the following services require approval:  Court reporting fees, unemployment compensation cost control services, labor relations, attorney fees, drug screening tests (First Lab),  fingerprinting retention and resubmissions.  Crown Consortium and rental of Thrasher-Horne facility for the Teacher and Support Related Employee of the year ceremony.

Approve the Director of Purchasing to issue purchase orders for the above services.

Annual estimated costs as follows:

Court reporting fees - $8,000.00

Unemployment compensation costs control services - $800.00

Labor relations attorney fees - $80,000.00

Drug screening tests - $8,000.00

Fingerprinting retention - $50,000.00

Crown Consortium - $3,200.00

Thrasher Horne - $2,300.00
